We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Direct-to-Consumer Ecommerce Manager who will be working directly with the Co-Founder to establish online vertical for Revour.

Revour Consumer Pvt Ltd- Revour is a new age Consumer Electronics brand operating in Lighting, Fans, Home, Kitchen Appliances and Lifestyle & fitness product categories. Following an omnichannel strategy, Revour is currently present across 10 states in India with more than 10,000+ retailers and having 12 manufacturing partners. We have sold more than 40L+ units till date offline and are now launching our online vertical with pan-India distribution from marketplaces and our own online store , targeting to deliver to more than 10,000+ pincodes in the next 3 years.

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Oversee the Brand's D2C platform sales. Monitor and enhance the online sales activity
- Coordinate with and monitor external technology partners to maintain smooth functioning of own website and identify and implement new avenues to improve customer experience and improve upon key website metrics
- Identify, plan and implement new initiatives to increase sales, improve customer experience and operational efficiency for the website
- Co-ordinate with planning and merchandising teams to ensure availability of inventory at all times in line with sales expectations for website & campaigns for marketplaces
- Knowledge of advertising tools (Flipkart, Amazon) for campaign management & optimization
- Ensure User Experience of the website including Design & Aesthetics, Content, and Navigation, Branding / Marketing, Performance, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns
- Ensure that all ecommerce activity is consistent with the brand sense of purpose
- Analyse results & costs to refine the channel mix.
- Research demographics of target markets
- Identify & develop lead nurture strategies
- Work across divisions to develop, maintain and grow awareness and online acquisition programs.
Required Skills/ Experience :
- 5 years of experience in scaling a Direct to Consumer business
- E-Commerce management in the areas of category management, e-comm website management, marketplace, Website Store and reporting.
- Experience of digital marketing
- Worked on different live projects, web optimization.
- Experience in FMCG/FMCD company is preferable.
Salary : 15 to 20 LPA
