Revos - Product Manager

Job Description:

We're looking for a high-performing Product Manager to join a cross-functional and fast-growing team. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds.

Responsibilities:

- Understand the market, business, and competitors by conducting primary and secondary research, talking to sales and marketing.

- Managing project execution, A/B testing, defining product roll-out strategy

- Plan product execution and prioritization

- Setting priorities for new features/enhancements/backlogs with a balance of near-term deliverables and long-term goals.

- Develop and communicate business plans internally for new product proposals.

- Write detailed and comprehensive PRDs/ mock-ups for design and engineering.

- Deliver PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification

- Following agile practices to deliver on scheduled releases for projects.

- Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities

- Keep a Constant focus on user feedback and actioning insights to drive product improvements

- Responsible for acquisition, retention, user interface and loyalty program, etc.

Requirements:

- A min of 2+ years of product management experience with a sound understanding of the complete product lifecycle is a must

- Deep understanding of technical architecture for complex and highly scalable web and mobile applications.

- Knowledge of multiple functional areas, such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, or Marketing

- Hands-on with various product tools for roadmap, wireframes, and documentation

- Understanding of go-to-market commerce enablers (e.g. payments, subscriptions, etc.).

- Experience in Process automation and workflow optimization

- Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and design techniques

- Ability to question the status quo.

- Proven experience and passion for building great products.

Preferred qualifications:

- A bachelor's degree or master's degree preferably from a premium institute & prior start-up experience is preferred but not necessary

- 2-4 years of experience building SaaS products or consumer products

- Experience in the automotive industry will be an advantage

- Brownie points, if you have built/scaled an IOT product
