Revenue Strategy Head - Collection - Real Estate

Role Description:

A strategic role within the Customer Relationship Management team at the Lodha Group. The individual will lead a team responsible for processes & systems that handle yearly collectable of 9000+ Cr. This role will require strong analytics and number skills, understanding of customer payment patterns, financial planning and management of collectibles across different product categories at different product life-cycle stage. This role is a combination of finance and consumer behaviour.

Education & Experience:

- 8+ years of collection experience.

- MBA preferably from a tier 1 B- school.

- Prior exposure to SAP preferred

Key responsibilities:

- Development and implementation of financial products designed towards revenue maximization

- Development of projection models based on past payment trends & customer behavior

- Understanding of reasons for consumer default and devising appropriate mechanisms to tackle the same

- Revenue & collection efficiency - responsible for maximising collections efficiency through internal & external controls & development and implementation of initiatives based on consumer behaviour

- Providing leadership to a team of revenue strategist & directing them to achieve the objectives

Functional Mandate:

Business Analytics:

- Responsible for maximization of revenues by efficient monitoring of customer collectibles and innovative enhancements

- Analyzing collections performance and identifying internal process bottlenecks and their mitigation

- Analyzing consumer behavior and devising tools to drive efficient payment modes and correct payment behaviour

Development of Financial Products:

- Responsible for conceptualization, design and execution of project specific financial products in conjunction with the in-house finance team

- Overseeing the execution and system implementation of the financial products designed
