- Revenue & collection efficiency - Responsible for maximizing collections efficiency through internal & external controls and initiatives based on consumer behavior. - Success of financial products designed towards revenue maximization. - Mitigation of cash flow risk by control on debtor levels and accuracy of projection models. - Responsible for maximization of revenues by efficient monitoring of customer collectibles and innovative enhancements. - Analyzing collections performance and identifying internal process bottlenecks and their mitigation. - Analyzing consumer behavior and devising tools to drive efficient payment modes and correct payment behavior. - Target & team incentive management for the front end teams and control over the operational efficiencies. - Responsible for conceptualization, design and execution of project specific financial products in conjunction with the in-house finance team, towards the benefit of customers and organization.. - Overseeing the execution and system implementation of the financial products designed, to ensure operations are in line Qualification: Post Graduate, MBA with finance background preferred.
