Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership at a strategic and operational level in providing legal framework, support and infrastructure to the BD Team.
- Thorough with 7/12 land transfer process
- Dealt in purchase and transfer of agriculture land
- Deal with Tehsildar / Collector's and other Government officers for smooth transfer of Purchased Land
- Develop procedure to procure land in the areas/cities as per guidelines defined by the Directors
- Verification of Title Search Reports & to liaise with concerned government authorities
- Deal with the revenue department and initiate smooth transfer of Purchased Land
- Should be through with all the laws governing the purchase and transfer of agricultural land
- Set realistic and achievable targets for the department employees
- Motivate the entire team to meet the targets within the given time frame
- Disseminate information on legal compliance and applicable laws on a regular basis
Skills:
- Should have the skills and techniques to deliver communicate and relate with key personnel on the sellers side
- Key competencies include people management, relationship management, presentation skills, business strategy - analysis, formulation and implementation and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the company
- A person with the highest level of personal integrity, with superior interpersonal and a demonstrated track record of conflict resolution and a can-do attitude will be an ideal candidate
- He /she will have a pleasing personality
Qualification & Other requirement:
- Should have a Bachelor of Law Degree. A Master of Law degree would be preferred
- Must possess excellent English and local language communication skills
- 15+ years & must have prior experience in transfer of agriculture land. He/She should have a detailed understanding of local laws and regulations impacting real estate projects
- Should be a motivating personality, a good team player and a good team leader and should have good people management skills
- Should have employee development, performance management skills, analytical and have an eye for detail
- Should have the ability to work in a knowledge driven collaborative work environment
