We are on hunt for Growth/Revenue Leader for next phase of Journey of a digital platform for women, offering accessible, personalized and confidential healthcare solutions.

Anyone with past exposure of working in B2C growth/revenue officer with exposure of leading/Driving business is apt fit.

Role: Revenue/Growth Leader for Online Channels

Reports to: Founder

You will lead highly complex strategic initiatives and galvanize teams across the company to reach your goals.

- Drive and own our revenue strategy - Build the long term merchant revenue growth strategy and enhance the business.

- Own, implement & execute - Drive go to market planning and execution for initiatives to help our partners grow and be the single point of accountability on hitting the numbers. Performance & brand marketing owner and establishing presence in market as key player.

- Experiment and analyze - Build models to define value to the platform, understand product adoption and behavior, and run tests on everything from marketing programs to menu optimization

- Lead - Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, sales, finance, and many other teams to develop a holistic and unified strategy and achieve great results
