Revenue/Fraud Management - OSS/BSS

Experience :

- Relevant Experience: At least 7 years in Revenue Management, Fraud Management domain.

- Should have worked on BSS-OSS high level solution or process design in the area of Revenue Management, Fraud Management or implemented Revenue Management, Fraud Management solution

- Understanding of products and their interfaces in the areas such as Revenue Management, Fraud Management , Service Fulfillment, network activation, network inventory

Academic Qualification

- BE/BTECH/MTECH/ MBA

Role Responsibilities:

- Participate in End to end solution design in the Revenue Management, Fraud Management space

- Participate in business requirements gathering

- Mediate between internal business stake holders and various Subject matter experts for the requirements freezing

- Responsible for ensuring correct and complete functional implementation of Revenue Management, Fraud Management for various next gen services

- Manage the external vendor(s) in the related areas

Primary Skills

- Strong leadership and good understanding of current technology and business trends to properly assess feasibility of migrating or integrating with solutions hosted on, various platforms.

- Candidate shall work with potential vendors to arrive at solution in line with the organizations vision.

- Telecom domain knowledge especially in the Data world

- Understanding of Business processes in the Service Provider paradigm

- Understanding of standards such as eTOM, 3GPP

- Understanding of next gen services (e.g. VOIP, Video), ePayment

- Excellent Communication Skills (verbal, written)

Secondary Skills

- Understanding of end to end processes in telecom

- Experience in enterprise-wide fulfillment systems, processes, and procedures

- Strong attention to detail and operational workflow dynamics

- Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate at all levels of the organization

- Ability to build relationships and work across a multi-product line organization

- Self-motivated, analytical, organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task

- Experienced negotiator

- Experienced planner with the ability to adhere to timelines and meet deadlines

- Strong analytics and computer skills (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.)
