- REVE Chat is a cloud based live chat platform that enables businesses with an online presence to proactively engage with the website visitors. It facilitates online engagement to provide better customer service and boost sales conversions.
We are looking for experienced and energetic persons, to be part of our Marketing team.
Pre-requisite for the role:
- Bachelor's/ Master degree (MBA Marketing/Sales)
- Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail oriented
- 2-3 year's B2B marketing experience in a software company
- Experience of working with Live Chat/ Messaging/ Communication or similar web engagement platform useful but not essential
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insights. Experience with Excel preferred
- Comfort in a startup environment we move quickly and wear many hats in a dynamic environment
- Scale & Optimize online Lead Generation & Branding Campaigns
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting & analysis of campaign performance
- Ad campaign metrics, analysis and customer acquisition
- Manage the digital properties of the company from a marketing communication domain
- Using the digital media to create product awareness globally and generate business leads for the organization
- Build systems and protocols internally that ensure all content is optimized across all platforms and user experiences (websites, mobile, social, video, blogs, retail portals etc).
- Demonstrate effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization
- Execute online and offline marketing initiatives, integrating online and new media, email, print, direct mail, social media, company websites, SEM/SEO strategy development, brand awareness and drip marketing initiatives
Location: New Delhi (Okhla Phase 1), India
