JOB DESCRIPTION:

A. Providing Investment Management and Advisory Services: Active Client Portfolio tracking and management, risk monitoring and effective implementation of various strategies aligned with Company's Investment Philosophy

a) Thorough Understanding of the Investment Management process

b) Valuation of client portfolio

c) Portfolio analysis based on various parameters; sharing key insights

d) Periodic Investment recommendations to clients in line with Darashaw Investment Philosophy

e) Preparation and Sharing of Concept notes/ad hoc analysis/simulation analysis

B. Supervising high quality service delivery to existing clients thereby ensuring client retention

C. Acquisition of mandates from exempted Retirement Funds for Investment Management Service

D. Developing Knowledge & presentation skill: Understanding of Bond Markets, issuances in place, movement of Yield curve, factors affecting the yield curve, impact of yield curve on markets, sectors, issuers and investors. Understanding of equity Markets

E. Developing Product Knowledge & Investment strategy: In-depth knowledge and understanding of the investment pattern for retirement funds, various products eligible for investments by retirement Trusts.
