- Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter.

Exceptional business acumen, judgement and negotiation skills with the ability to make timely decisions while weighing the risk / reward and impact on the business.

Experience : 1 to 3 years for the Executive role and 5+ years for the Manager role.

Qualifications : Graduate / MBA
