Retigence - Assistant Manager/Manager - Marketing

- Work with the marketing head and founders to create marketing strategy for brand Retigence and all product lines

- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior and competitive landscape

- Ownership of the implementation of the marketing strategy, including all elements of the marketing mix

- Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, inside sales & field sales team to create & distribute marketing assets (collaterals, printed literature, online assets, presentations and communication kits for solutions)

- Create and launch lead generation campaigns with inside sales manager & business development team

- Launch and manage online, SEO, SEM and social media marketing initiatives

- Support sales & business development functions for product promotion and customer engagement programs

- Keep track of approvals, budgets, payments & expenses
