We are a Retention Marketing Manager to join the team at our New Delhi office. The candidate will be taking ownership of all key retention metrics, handling the e-subscription product & loyalty program of the brand.
Key Duties
- Strategizing & executing to improve Key Retention Metrics i.e Repeat Rate, % of Repeat Revenue, Revenue Per Customer, etc.
- Analyzing Regular Customer Cohort Performance, both on a product & company level.
- Developing the product subscription business on the website.
- Build retention marketing campaigns based on customer segmentation.
- Build the Customer Loyalty Programme for the brand.
- Creating Targeting Email & Marketing Strategy to increase the repeat rate & overall basket size.
- Profiling Key Customer Groups Regularly
- Conducting Survey & Research to better understand Repeat Customer Behaviour & Habits
- Analyze and track performance - activation, engagement, retention and churn data analyzing experience are required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years retention/customer management CRM
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing tools.
- Experience in Membership/subscription Products
- Ability to work independently & solve problems.
