Retention Manager
Job Purpose :
To take ownership of improving and retaining suspended customers
Tasks and Responsibilities :
- To design and develop location retention strategy
- Formulate, monitor and be responsible for Retention Budgets
- Analyse Market Statistics, Reduce Churn
- Able to handle a Team of Retention Officers and Channel Partners
- Advance Computer Skills to manage Data Analysis
- To promote customer requirements
- Take leadership in measuring and enhancing customer satisfaction
- Ensure the regular follow up for renewal of accounts of customers by team
Skills :
- Good leadership skills and, ability to generate passion, commitment and motivation around himself
- Planning, evaluation & decision making skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Good Conflict resolution skills
- Interpersonal orientation skills
- Ability to manage stress
Graduation : B Com /MBA
Profile :
- Specific industry experience in the field of ISP is desirable
- Telecom business awareness.
- Should be customer focused, energetic, proactive, confident, good communicator and committed to deliver.
