Responsibilities: - The person would be responsible for end to end customer re-activation &amp; retention campaigns. - Create monthly strategies for the growth of revenue from existing users of the platform. - Experiment across the whole retention &amp; re-activation funnel constantly looking for maximum impact on DAU (daily active users) - Create, implement and optimize daily/weekly/monthly campaigns (retention and reactivation - both automated and not automated), tailoring communication to different customer segments identified through CRM tool and data warehouse. - Should be able to handle CRM tools, execute, measure &amp; analyses campaign metrics. - In-depth analysis of campaigns. - New campaign ideas, product features &amp; implementation. Requirements:&nbsp; - Good at data analytics and love making value out of data. - Have the ability to seamlessly transition from high-level creative brainstorming to conducting and analysing experiments and sweating the details. - Have an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Should have an eye for detail, analytical mindset - should be able to do quick and flawless execution of campaigns on clever tap with the least amount of support
