Marketing Automation - Retention Head
1. Identify & implement all the relevant Marketing automation stacks
2. Drive engagement throughout the customer journey from onboarding, adoption, retention, advocacy, and upselling
3. Map customer journeys and identify tracking mechanisms to improve campaign performance for automated campaigns constantly.
4. Working with the product/analytics/creative team to set up campaigns, update and track all the critical performance metrics (CTR, Open rates, conversions, etc.) across channels.
5. Analyse transaction data, curate consumer insights to retarget across channels, products
6. Identify, evaluate, and implement marketing automation tools. Focus areas for the role :
a) Customer Data Platform,
b) Marketing CRM, and
c) Marketing Automation(SMS, Emails, WhatsApp)
