You will be closely working with Managing Director to lead the Sales activities. You will be responsible to draw sales and marketing strategies, explore new market and consolidate the position of RetailOn in the existing market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist to shape the future of RetailOn.

- Monitor and analyze eCommerce and M-commerce market trends.

- Identify target market and develop marketing strategies.

- Prepare and manage marketing plans and budget.

- Study competitor's products and services.

- Suggest the way of improving existing products and services.

- Establish close liaison with customers.

- Prepare promotional materials and manage the Brand.

- Participate in Trade shows and sales marketing conferences to show case the achievements of RetailOn.

- Lead, guide support and manage the marketing team and work along side the sales and development team.

- Prepare and work within Budget.

- Carry out market research activities for data and information mining.

- Produce report and monitor results.

Desired Skills:

- Strong interest in marketing and knowledge of wide range of marketing concepts and technique.

- Possession of high level of IT skills - particularly good word-processing and data handling.

- Methodical, willing to take risks, Critical and creative thinker with positive attitude.

- Clear and effective communicator.

- Knowledge of the ecommerce market and target audience demographics.

- Ability to work in high performance organization, undertake multiple tasks and respond well to pressure.

- Build trust and confidence in team through utilizing effective collaboration and co-operation.

- Strong understanding of social media and ability to utilize the same for result.

- Setting priorities and implement the same for result.

Qualification:

- Bachelor degree in IT preferred.

- Post Graduation/MBA in Marketing/International Business/ international Trade - essential.
