Age Band Up to 35 Years

Purpose of Position :

End to end responsible for developing and running of Channel loyalty program. Responsible for development of digital capabilities to administer this pan India.

- Ensure maximum participation of the stakeholders which leads to sales growth.

- Key Stakeholders - 1. Regions 2. Corporate 3. Channel Partners 4. Vendor 5. Other departments like Purchase and Digital

- Deliverables / Responsible for (results) 1. Design the Channel Loyalty program for sales growth through retailers 2.Develop and roll out the channel schemes / incentives / guidelines from corporate and disseminate in the regional teams 3. Champion the development of channel loyalty digital platform administering the program 4. Ensure maximum adoption of the digital platform through training, monitoring, follow up, etc. 5. Analyze the channel data to gain insights and development of relevant strategies

- Qualifications Essential - Engineer , Desirable/Preferable MBA - Marketing

Work Experience (Cumulative) Total Years (Band) 8 - 10 years Years (Relevant) 34 years in loyalty programs Seniority (desirable) 3-4 years experience in channel sales and 3-4 years in loyalty program delivered through digital medium. 1-2 years in business analytics / MIS is desirable Types of Organization MNC / Indian / Conglomerates / Large Scale / Listed / Hi-Growth / Stable / Process driven

Types of Sector - Building Materials /Paints / FMCG / Consumer Durables / Tyres / Telecom / Any product company with extensive channel distribution network

Variety of experience : 3-4 years in channel sales, 3-4 years in loyalty program through digital media. If loyalty exp is not through digital, then additional 2-3 years experience in digital will be required. Additionally, an experience in influencer (Contractor) programs is desirable.
