Work Experience: 4-6 years

Job Description :

1. Plan and deliver training to the Sales & Customer Services staff at the L Franchise Partners (FP), including education to employees on the Brand, Products experience

- Conduct skill gap analysis for service staff at FP using tests, and provide the inputs towards preparing training calendar

- Review the approved training calendar and plan for training delivery

- Review the training needs and training nominations, and support in preparing the training calendar

- Plan and prepare for Non-Technical training for customer facing staff of FP

- Coordinate with the FP and in- house Trainers (DITs) for periodic assessment of the staff after completion of training
