We have an opening with a growing ecommerce company as an Training Lead.

Designation : Training Lead

Location : Bangalore

Should be open for travelling for around 15 days in a month.

Job Purpose :

- Managing Training process of the eCommerce division EBO Division in pan India consisting of 350-400 Stores (COCO/COFO/FOFO)

- Responsible for planning, executing and evaluating all training deliverables (sales, induction and functional training ) for stores pan India.

- Ensuring 100% cost effectiveness for all deliveries.

- Maximum training efficiency and best utilization of resources.

- Multi skilling of associates by providing development based training programs.

- Working on designing programs basis market needs.

- Responsible for training calendar preparation.

- Aligning with respective stake holders for all market training needs.

- Content creation to meet the market needs.

- Training feedback and evaluation with various methods.

- Ensuring weekly training in all stores.

- Checking training effectiveness through various tools
