Retail Store Manager - Hypermarket

Opportunity with Leading Retail Hypermarket for Bangalore.

- Graduate/ PG experience in Retail Store Operation.

- Should have handled an independent store manager role for minimum 3 year out of the complete experience

- Should have handled a team of 60-80 ( with 8-10 direct reportees) in various sections like Food, Fashion, General Merchandise, Home Fashion etc

- Candidates handling a cluster of stores area manager/ cluster manager for 6 to 10 super markets in a geography

- Incumbent should have thorough experience in driving retail store operations in terms of Sales, MPM, Shrinkage, Display, analytical Reasoning and aptitude skills, driving business.

- Should have high hands on experience in people management, SOP adherence, Shrinkage, DAD and Dump, entire retail exposure in terms of front end retail.

- Should have a proven record of turning around a store in terms of Sales Achievement and deriving EBIDTA

- Should have excellent business acumen, communication & should be target driven and have good Influencing skills and compliance adherence

- Presently handling a responsible for a annual sales for 30 to 40 crore business.
