Retail Sales (consumer Durables)
- Managing the business relationships with the GT Partners.
- Communicating and meeting with the Partners on regular basis and discuss the opportunities and planning the targets for all various products/brands
- Need to maintain strong on ground connect at retailer level.
- Identifying and onboarding new Partners.
- Establishing, developing, and maintaining business relationships with current and prospective partners in the assigned territory and to generate new business for our products/services .
Job responsibilities :
- Identifying opportunities to increase sales and profitability.
- Gathering market intelligence and complete knowledge of competitors' products and services.
- Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Having in depth knowledge of the various Products and have the ability to conduct training sessions on the Company's various Products.
- Develop trusted partner relationships with the partners& their on-ground team to retain and grow revenues over time.
- Mobility background - In-Depth knowledge of VAS services that can be offered along with finished goods sale.
- Good market understanding on WCs/ GTs operations in Tel/ AP market.
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written); local language is must.
Skillset required :
- Good listening and analytical skills to determine partner needs and requests.
- Strong presentation skills required, both in person and via teleconferencing or videoconferencing
- Excellent people management skills.
Relevant years of experience needed - 3-5 years experience in MT/ GT (Modern/General Trade) sales having knowledge of VASSegment - preferred Salesperson from-OneSiteGo/ Reddington / Ingram / Wipro / OneAssist / Zopper /Telecom / Mobile
Any specific Education background
Preferred : - Graduate and above - Must have computer literacy
