Retail Sales Manager - Trade - Consumer Durable

- To do market coverage district wise covering all types of dealers.

- Take personal ownership of top customers of the state & generate sales from personally owned customers.

- Identify the dealers who are not performing as per their counter potential mapping and take corrective measures, support them to deliver desired results

- Identify the dealers who are not performing as per gap and find solutions and take corrective action for the same

- Introduce and promote new products and set a target for each team member to generate sales as per market potential mapping

- Liquidate slow moving items by setting target for each team member vertical wise

- Make dealers exclusive vertical wise

- Motivate & Develop team to bring out the best productivity from each team member and ensure the teams' performance

Candidate Requirement: -

Graduate / MBA

From - Any Building Material Industry Background preferred

- Gujarat Market working experience is mandatory

- Should have a strong team handling abilities.
