Sales Manager- Retail-National Role (Lighting Companies only)-Electrical distribution preferred)  Key Deliverables:  - PAN India role. The incumbent shall own and expand the retail market presence and business through distribution.  - Provide sales support to distributors, stockiest, retailers and regional sales teams.  - Ensures enhancement of business capacity in the market place.   - Owns the market creation and sustenance activities.  Primary Responsibilities:  - Conceptualize, create, plan and execute the retail expansion plan for the country.  - Achieve the retail business target.  - Work with the regional teams, marketing, product teams to conceptualize, implement go to market actionable for the retail business.  - Increase productivity of existing business locations through improvement of Width and Depth.  - Develop new geographies through partner appointment and enablement  - Conceptualize, plan and execute visibility actions like merchandising.  - Partner sales team competency, partner productivity enablement, enhancement and measurement  - Business decisions through MIS, Data and data analytics.  - Market capacity creation through implementation of Partner Policy, target assignment and target achievement.  Job Requirements :   - Engineering background (Preferably Electrical),Non Science graduates may also be considered if they have good experience in selling Electric / Electronic goods in the industrial segment (Switch gears, Electrical fittings etc..)  - Should have experience of around 10 - 12+ years  - Should have an experience in Retail Sales & distribution Management in the industrial segment.  - Retails sales / Channel Management exposure (Electrical distribution preferred)  - Preferably candidate should have Market / Industry knowledge  - Must have handled PAN India channel assignment  - Strong understanding of distribution networks  - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, delivers effective presentations and is comfortable and experienced speaking in front of a group  - Ability to work successfully in a dynamic organization ; able to work independently and accomplish the overall goals of the strategic target markets and the sales organization  - Extensive travelling will be there - 60% - 75% travel in the assigned territory.  Location : Mumbai/Bangalore
