Retail Sales :

Key Responsibility Areas :

- Implement Retail Business Strategy

- Implementation of Plans at cluster markets .

- ESA appointment / creating network of ESA .

- Ensure profitable revenue thru close monitoring of Yield.

- Exploring biz opportunities at Universities / Engineering,Medical and Management institutes in assigned territory.

Tasks & Duties :

- Develop strategy implementation, plans, detailing key objectives, tasks, timelines and budgets for each of the customer groups - Pre-paid, FOD and promoting feature sales ( DOD / FOV etc ) customers thru ESA network.

- Ensure a steady revenue stream from retail customer base in territory assigned and enhancing territory boundaries by adding new ESA's

- Monitoring monthly MIS of retail revenues, brand, operations, service standards, and competition and business trends to the Retail Manager

- Ensure a strong brand presence and adherence to company branding policies and procedures, in consultation with reporting boss.

- Establish and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with ESA 's etc to obtain the best retail exposure, customer loyalty, quality services and profitability for the BD network.

Experience : Experience in Express Cargo Industry is plus point.

Age : 30-38

Knowledge :

- Express Cargo Industry knowledge

- Retail trade from a service perspective

- Operations, procedures and policies.

- Branding guidelines.

- Understands service quality

- Sound Geographical knowledge.

- Retail metrics.

Key Responsibility Areas ( KRAs) :

- Implementation plan, MS in value/volume, productivity,financial targets,number of centers.

- Ensure a steady revenue stream from retail outlets and channel partners through impactful product promotions and continuous revitalization of the product, in collaboration with marketing communications, to meet customer needs.

- Monitor and provide monthly MIS of retail revenues, brand, operations,service standards, competition and business trends to the senior management.

- Ensure a strong brand presence and adherence to company branding policies and procedures in consultation with Marketing Communications.

- Establish and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with channel partners to obtain the best retail exposure,customer loyalty,quality services and profitability for the BD network.
