- This company is into Paper & Pulp business. Earlier focus was more of B2B. And now they also want to focus on B2C business.

- This brand is in this business for the last few decades.

- They want to expand B2C is a new foray whereby its high-quality production of tissue, pulp, paper and board will be developed into final consumer products, creating high customer satisfaction and delivering profitable scalable growth for the company.

- This role will be responsible for establishing the sales function for all their products, driving retail, modern trade, online distribution and creating visibility and revenue.

- This is a critical role in setting up the foundation of sales and distribution for the company

- The role will need to identify the right talent and form a team that will drive sales proactively , understand market dynamics, build retail and online growth drivers to achieve targets

- It will need to envision the path to transform the largest share of B2B production to B2C consumer branded products and create a strategic map and way forward

Key Areas of Accountability are :

- Deliver the B2C revenue numbers and profitability for each B2C segment products

- Create a blue print of best practices for distribution setup exploiting all technical advancements and new age tools

- Establish the distribution channels for tissue business , identifying the best distribution partners with most feasible commercial structure to ensure profitability

- Create brand leadership in every channel and enhance brand image with consumers

- Create a team that will drive distribution and revenue across chosen markets

- Build the right distribution channel mix and sales contribution with focus on growth between online, trade, modern trade and retail

- Create a culture of proactive aggressive sales growth , and a team commitment of 100% delivery

- Use data and consumer insights as the bedrock of sales strategy , creating a repository of learning experiments

- Motivate and empower the team to be leaders in their market and create a culture of delivery
