- Corporate clients
- Large format retailers
- Brands
- Department stores and
- Multi-location retail operators.
Also facilitates in evaluating locations and advising medium and large retail format chains to establish their stores in various locations all over the country.
Job Description:
- Pitch for Business Development by identifying new clients in the Retail sector (Shopping malls, high street, multiplexes, and retailers like Shoppers Stop, Lifestyle, etc.) and generating a lead.
- Network with Developers and retailers.
- Execute and close Retail transactions.
- Handle documentation pertaining to the same.
- Keep abreast of latest developments in various industries and tap potential clientele based on a systematic study of the environment.
- Establish rapport and understanding with the current clients to ensure repeat business.
Other essential skills:
- Excellent communications skills – written as well as verbal.
- Good presentation skills (designing and delivering).
- Negotiation skills.
- Patience and perseverance.
- Ability to understand Real Estate concepts (including legal matters).
