We're looking for that rockstar who will get large enterprise CPGs as well as startups, operating in the Kirana retail space, as customers of Retail Pulse's solution.
Responsibilities:
- Closing enterprise deals - Responsible for closing CPGs after getting introduced
- Building the top of the sales funnel, be it via cold outreaches or warm leads
- Product delivery, customer success (account management) and upselling
- Helping build the revenue function by hiring, training and building a team of customer success, business development and sales team members
- Helping formulate a sales and customer success playbook
Requirements:
- Having managed business development during the early days of a B2B startup
- Cracking enterprise customers in India and/or Southeast Asia
- An understanding of the Retail or CPG space
- Great presentation and communication skills
- Hunger to build and grow businesses
- No degree can define one's ability to sell
- 4-5 years of experience in sales or business development role at B2B technology startups
