- Prepare an overall sales budget for the store

- Sales planning for achievement of stores budget & review action.

- Ensuring profitability of the stores

- Ensuring efficiency of store operations

- Recruitment and Training of junior managers

- Overseeing and Monitoring Loss Prevention Program

- Formulating policies and processes to make customer service

- Conceiving Implementing and Monitoring Loyalty program

- Develop and maintain good working relationships

- Developing and grooming employees for future roles.

- Coordinating with the marketing department to create a brand image of the store.

- Candidates Should have experience in team handling.

- Can have notice period of 45 days or less.
