About the Company :

- The company started in 2007 with a vision to launch and build international brands in India.

- They operate their brands through many channels such as mono brand stores, shop-in-shop stores, multi-brand eCommerce and mono-brand eCommerce. Currently they run a grand total of 142 brick and mortar stores and a robust eCommerce and SIS channel.

Retail Operations Manager (only women candidates)

Retail Strategy, Brand Presence & Business Plan :

- Formulate retail operating plan with budgetary controls.

- Ensure standardization across stores and brand essence.

- To identify under-performing stores and develop a business plan to address and manage issues effectively.

- Drive various R&R programs for the store - design, develop, validate and change.

Sales Operations & Profitability :

- Effectively manage and review P&L of all the stores to optimize store profitability and standards.

- To ensure that all stores adhere to compliance requirements in all areas of operational activity, brand standards, company policies and procedures.

- Monitor, review and ensure all KPIs of the store manager are met on on-going basis.

People Development :

- Optimize hiring of manpower in line with the business plan and stores roll out.

- Coach store managers to seek and continuously develop knowledge of competitor activity and local market conditions on enhancing store profitability.

- Mentor store managers\FCs on driving high profitability and standards - with special focus on the non or low performing stores.

- Facilitate knowledge sharing and a best practices (internal and external) get replicated across stores.

- Create talent pipeline for managerial roles in stores.

- Strong leadership skills with ability to coach - effectively teach\develop others to next level.

- Good economic sense with strong budgetary controls.

- Good energy levels - with ability to be involved in multiple tasks and ability to juggle.

- Good analytical skills.

- Effective listening and communications skills, simplify communication with ability to put the point across the board.

- Ability to see the larger picture,ability to zoom in & zoom out.
