Retail Operations Head (Female)

- Handling day to day retail store replenishments.

- Taking feedback from the sales team and assisting the team with the merchandise.

- To be responsible for maintaining all the records and sending daily MIS reports.

- To do the seasonal stock planning in advance.

- Maintains inventory by checking merchandise to determine inventory levels; anticipating customer demand.

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- Candidates should have more than 5 years of relevant experience from the same industry.

- She should have good communication skills.

- Should possess knowledge about garments and fabrics.

- Should have good analytical skills.

- Should have good knowledge of MS excel. -Incentives extra on achievement of sales targets.
