Location based at Ahmedabad
Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of the marketing, branding and communications strategy - including campaigns, content, design, events, digital marketing, and PR.
- Business forecasting & planning - track, analyse and implement strategies that will ensure category growth
- Ensure increased customer reach through ATL and BTL activations keeping the cost per contact within budget
- Lead innovation process of introducing new products in the take home category. Should be aware of research techniques, concept writing, business opportunity sizing, leading cross functional teams etc
- Effective NPD Launch through relevant marketing and branding initiatives and tracking and monitoring them ensuring planned outcomes
- Design consumer promotions/schemes/initiatives for increasing consumer offtakes
- Roll out campaigns (ATL and BTL), activation to drive acquisition and retention of customers through offline, events, PR and digital marketing.
- Working closely with the company's sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations
- Provide short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
- Influence present and future products by providing market and customer insights.
- Working knowledge of Ac Nielsen, Qualitative and Quantitative market research, brand tracks research.
Required Skills :-
- Thorough understanding of the FMCG business and all sales channels including ecom and qcom
- Working understanding of brand P&L
- Working understating of ATL and BTL planning and execution
- Campaigns deployment & brand promotional activities
- Social media & Performance marketing
- Project Management skills
- Should be savvy with use of MS Office
- Should have good command over spoken english
