Reporting to - Branch Manager
Direct Report - Cluster heads/ Chefs
Required Skills - Excellent Interpersonal skills, Creative & analytical thinking.
Experience - 6-9 years (Retail Marketing experience)
Roles and responsibilities
- Responsible for Volume, Value and footfall of the stores along with profitability (review of IFB Point MIS)
- Making marketing calendar, offer of the month/week
- Monthly/fortnightly audit of the store
- Weekly review of the store manager
- Coordination with RHH for input on competition models, scheme, offers etc.
- Finalization of new stores locations and renovation of existing points in addition to branding etc.
- Negotiation and coordination with vendors responsible for renovation and marketing activities.
- Liaising with Sales Service and accounts in case of any escalation.
- Meeting with Service franchisee and Ambassadors on bi monthly basis, with offers and incentive proposals. Proposal on incentive /offers to be closed with branch management in advance.
