Retail Manager - Mumbai

Job Detail :

- Planning Merchandise Assortment Mix at Store level on the basis of sales projections

- Maintaining an active updated assortment at the city level – finalizing assortment for each city which involves local market research for competition and popular local brands

- Merchandising Strategy & Plan for a season on the basis of sales trends and analysis

- Inventory Management (Gross / Net) – Across all Stores

- Product gap analysis based on market trends and competition

- Drive retail secondary sales of all Lounges with Key focus on Same Store Sales Growth (SSSG)

- Planning and executing unique consumer activations and BTL for new and existing stores to support sales

- Drive customer loyalty program across the channel

Educational Qualification : MBA - Marketing / Sales

- 6 - 8 years experience depending upon the complexity of past experience.

- Should have worked in large retail organization where there are company run stores and large number of SKUs.

- Should have a good experience of the individually managing large number of Exclusive Brand Outlets.

- Should have experience in assortment planning, secondary sales generation, sales tracking and analysis.
