My client is a leading Personal Care Brand based out in Delhi NCR and they are looking to hire a Retail Manager to join their office. In this role, you will put Client & Sales at the center in all your activities, ensure the implementation retail strategy in the country, managing the day-to-day activities of the retail network, ensuring that the short-term sales objectives are reached. Responsibilities: - Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in each store, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service standards. Set up the yearly action plan (roadmap) in line with the brand retail strategy and in charge of its implementation. - Monitoring and driving sales targets, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to boost sales and profitability. Define/reinforce objectives per retail (KPIs) and sales techniques and ensure their realization. - Providing guidance and training to store managers and staff to improve product knowledge, customer engagement, and operational efficiency. - Collaborating with the marketing team to execute local marketing initiatives, promotional activities, and events to drive foot traffic and sales. - Overseeing stock levels, product assortment, and ensuring appropriate inventory levels to meet customer demand. - Ensuring a consistent and high-quality customer experience across all stores within the cluster, addressing customer feedback or concerns promptly. Requirements: - 10 - 12 years of work exp. in Sales / Retail operations with min 6 - 8 years of exp. of running profit center retail operations in Beauty/lifestyle/consumer care Industry - Masters / MBA from top tier university / business school preferred. - Process and Operational Excellence & Team Management - Monitor existing parameters and continuously review/ refine and create appropriate measures of productivity towards maximizing retail operational profitability. - Collaborate with B&M, Loyalty teams and regional teams to increase new customer acquisition and repeat customers. - Build rapport, trust, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and adapt communication and working style. - To identify training needs for the team and ensure they are addressed.
