Client is into Apparel / Fashion / Luxury Retail space having its presence PAN India. Looking to Hire people from Retail Industry only.

Candidate Should have handled Corporate / PAN India role.

Apart from Delivering training program should have designed Training content, handled LMS etc.

Details:

- Responsible for the design of content framework, development, implementation, delivery, and maintenance of resources used for instructional functions.

- The incumbent is the primary system administrator including the governance of the learning management system. The installation of all system updates, upgrades, integrated tools, and other software associated with the LMS fall within the responsibility of the incumbent.

- The position would also be responsible for designing the training programs and contents along with delivery modes in the journey of brand building and creating a customer service philosophy for brand.

- Assess the training needs of all individuals and teams and conduct training for them.

- Train the salespeople on how to promote company's products and services effectively.

- Perform training sessions with new employees through various methods to engage employees.
