Retail Lead Manager - Telecom

We have an urgent opening with a leading Telecom Company.

Position : Retail Lead (Manager/Sr. Manager)

Location : Ahmedabad

Experience : 4 years (Min.)

CTC : 18 L PA (Max.)

Age : 35 yrs.

Only female candidates required.

Located at the circle office, this role has the responsibility for successful running the the store in the circle.The person will need the manage the store managers in achieving the store profitability and also responsible for project management of new store launches.

New Store Launch - Co-ordination for design.

- Coordination with vendors (turnkey vendor)

- Employee (FDE and Store Manager selection + training)

- Maintain timelines of launch

Store Operation :

- Fixing sales target in consultation with sales vertical

- Profit & Loss/ ROI calculation with circle finance

- Plan and design productivity linked incentive schemes for staff at COCO stores.

Revenue Management - Accountability of Profit and Loss targets for COCO store in the circle.
