Retail Incharge - FMCD

Hiring for a Retail Incharge for a leading consumer durable industry.

Require candidates from any fmcg or consumer electronics background with about 4-8 years of experience in retail operations. Must have experience in handling multiple outlets and team of promoters, merchandisers, ISD, etc

Location : Mumbai

Job profile :

1. Retail Operations

- Administering retail operations involving Store Sales.

- Handling merchandising activities for maximum product display / promotion and increasing sales.

2. Sales, Business Development & Product Promotion

- Managing sales enhancement activities as a part of brand & market development effort through promotional schemes.

- Ensure proper Brand visibility in MBOs & EBOs

- Maintain relationships with Dealers to obtain repeat /referral business.

3. Strategic Planning and Implementation

- Developing plans to improve the performance of the store by increasing its turnover.

- Conducting competitor analysis & competency mapping by doing comp shop to update the rates in the store.

- Using store information to analyze data & undertaking forward planning and sales figures.

4. People Management

- Leading a team of Associates for Store Sales .

- Imparting soft skill training to existing and new team members.

- Motivating and mentoring team member and imparting knowledge and information on new products, ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
