Retail Head - Telecom

Looking for Retail Head for a Telecom Giant based at Bhopal Location.

- Responsible for profitably managing, developing and expanding the business from exclusive Retail outlets.

- Responsible for profitability and ROI of stores and Franchisee operations- Manage footfalls at stores; drive sales conversion through promotional activities, upselling and cross selling by store agents.

- Ensure customer experience at stores- responsible for adequate training of store staff for - first time resolution, monitoring quality scores through service audits; reduce customer wait time at stores, customer lifecycle management basis profiling and segmentation.

- Drive customer centric initiatives at stores.

- Retail expansion- expansion in urban, semi urban and rural towns with franchisee owned intermediate stores. Plan and execute new store launch.
