Retail Head - Steel Distribution Firm

We are currently looking for Retail Head for a leading big steel distributor organization with a turnover of 1000 to 1400 Crores.

Position-Retail Head

Location- Delhi

Area Handling- Delhi & UP

Team Handling -Yes

Span of control- 40-45 people

Reporting to- Director

KRA

- Responsible for sales of product Wire-Rod in the given territory (Delhi & Uttar Pradesh).

- Increasing customer base and identifying potential customers

- Spearheading the activities pertaining to techno-commercial functions inclusive of analysis, review and negotiations with prospective clients.

- To Work closely with the company's Management for penetrating new market segments in order to generate business.

- Developing key strategic sales campaigns with business partners.

- Reviewing market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.

- Manage / Arrange Product approval from various stakeholders.

- Branding & advertising related activities of the zone
