- Responsible for setting up the marketing strategy for sustainable business growth in line with the company objectives.
- Develop effective ways of working with both internal and external stakeholders by aiming to increase brand awareness, proposition and competitive advantage.
- Leads three verticals within the marketing function: customer acquisition, brand & communication and pricing & promotion.
- Coaches team and especially at the direct reporting line to work effectively and builds a productive team
- Responsible for P&L
- Executes and oversees contract negotiations and purchase agreements for all QSR operations in accordance with Company policies, procedures, federal, state and local regulations.
- Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers.
- Will require to do Mapping & Analysing new locations to be opened
- Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality products.
