Designation - Head - Retail business channel
The incumbent would be heading the retail sales department of the company on a pan India basis. The incumbent would be responsible for partnering the Leadership Team in development & successful achievement of business goals & objectives enabled by well aligned sales systems & practice on pan India basis.
We are looking for candidates from textiles / home decor background with proven track record in business development & enhancement. A stable career path in previous organization exhibiting the candidate's contributions to company business shall be preferred. A strong business acumen & a hands-on approach to sales and team management shall be a definite plus for this role.
Location - MUMBAI. Corporate office
Qualifications & attributes req: male candidate. Graduate/MBA/PG with min 10-12 yrs of exp in sales management and business Development of retail stores. Good knowledge, communication and relationship ability to professionally interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Must be willing to travel extensively for work.
Age Band - between 35-40 yrs of age.

Job description :
Achieve set corporate objective.
Increase footfalls in the Store.
Review and ensure implementation of KRAs of store Managers.
Review and ensure continuous availability of Key product categories.
Evaluation of Consumer buyer behaviour and Marketing Initiatives (EBIDTA).
Stocks-Monitor No of Days Stock, Stock outs and Overage inventory
Promotional Calendar
Ensure quality of Visual Merchandising and Communication.(Planograms)
Implementation and evaluation of Promotional Deliverable.
Continuous evaluation of Consumer buyer behaviour and feedback (Sector wise review etc.,).
Track Consumer Satisfaction / feedback.
Identification of new Products and emerging trends.
Talent Identification and Management
Training and Development
Salary Offered : 12-15 LPA
