Retail Head - Electronics - Mumbai


- To supervise the complete performance of the 16 Branch sales team in terms of Retail Vertical.

- Candidate will be mainly responsible for the company's Exclusive Stores, Premium Shop in Shop, Regional LFR and small format retail Partners across India.

- Ensure Retail hygiene is maintained in each and every Store in 16 branches.

- Co-work with HO's Retail Hygiene team to bridge the gap between the Branch sales team and Retail Partners.

- Ensure availability of merchandise/POSM/ ACCY Stands/ NB display stand Co-Work with Channel marketing team for maintaining inventories.

- Reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion [Referring DA report]; authorizing clearance sales; studying trends and Co-work with branch Office/ Product team and Marketing team to implement.

- Co-work with 16 branch Sales teams to ensure proper Placement of new product launches at each and every Exclusive store/ shop in shop and promoter shops to align with marketing campaigns.

- Prepare and submit competition merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion and display demo programs; analyse timely and highlight feedback to respective Divisions like Product/ Marketing and Sales head.

- Review monthly results of each Retail store; highlight poor performing counters to the local sales team; co-work with them to improve. Timely guidance to the team and establish an efficient communication process with the sales team.

- Co-work with the local Branch Sales team and Prepare a list of potential new Key accounts Retail partners. Prepare a list of untouched IT clusters for Store expansion/discusses with the team.

- Review the performance of each Exclusive store/PSIS/AWP partner by using the Activation report./ teach the team to use it.

- Send weekly branch wise Retail Store reports to NSM/ BDM and Country Head for reference.

- Utilize efficiently ISP Tracker provided by HO, use it as a sales weapon to improve sales further.

- Maintain effective ALP relationships in Market
