Retail Credit Role - Credit & Risk Analysis

- Engaged in Credit and Risk Analysis, Portfolio Management & Structuring of transactions for various products of retail Clients.

- Skilled in understanding business models, operating performance and financial condition of Companies.

- Conducting appraisal of various business proposals and preparing full appraisal note for the company giving details of assessed finance; understanding the credit requirements of the borrower and assessing them vis-a-vis industry standards.

- Placing fully prepared credit appraisal note to the appropriate authority and replying to any critical questions they have and get sanction.

- Assessing risk in the business process & identifying adequate action or control for mitigation through risk assessment process & implemented action plan; accountable for entire credit underwriting and approval of exposure limit.

- Spearheaded various new credit & risk related policies initiatives with amendments to other policies so as to enable the same as market friendly.

- Successfully implemented the fraud control system as defined by the risk management team & ensured the defined escalation mechanism and appropriate disciplinary process be implemented.

- Carrying out the analysis of risk relating to profile of the client, market, transaction, operational, environmental & industry level and finding the mitigation.

- Evaluating and mapping key business process risk to the financial framework and reporting to the management with impact analysis and suitable action plan.
