Retail Policy for Consumer Durable/ Kisan/ LAS, Gold Loan, Mortgage

Responsibilities:

- Preparation of risk policy note to be rolled out to the credit and sales team for Consumer Durable Loan.

- Ensuring the risk policy note is updated in the portal on a timely basis

- Training the credit team on the policy parameters and new changes in the policy

- Providing clarifications to the sales and credit team on the policies

- Responsible for monitoring delinquency, sourcing mix closely

- Preparation of MIS, analysis reports, newsletters and other reports on the portfolio in a structured manner

- Monitoring various triggers as mentioned in the policy document and planning interventions in the segments which are not performing as per the benchmark

- Ensuring policies laid out are implemented as envisaged or documented

- Perform UAT on system to verify if the new policy rules, that are coded in the system, are as per the policy document

- Liaising with the product team to roll out new products/policies keeping the overall risk framework in place

- Understanding the customer segment in which the bank is operating and ensure the risk policy framework caters to the segment without compromising on risk norms

Experience -

4 to 12 years (out of which minimum 5 years plus experience in Consumer Durable Policy OR Mortgage OR Loan Against Security/ Shares OR Gold Loan OR Loan against Property).
