- Design Development, Liaisoning Compliances, and implementation of construction projects with expertise in High Rise Residential Buildings. Hands-on experience in project feasibility studies and analysis of Real Estate projects and further design conceptualization till it's inception. - Ensuring design integrity, compliance with Regulations, and adhering to architectural specifications, and timely project completion - Collaborating with the chairman and preparing/analyzing Project Design Brief and verifying the feasibility of the Real Estate construction project - Conceptualizing the planning and establishing the design as per the brief plan and coordinated with different structural & services consultants/ approval authorities - Determining and appointing a team of consultants such as structural/MEP services and so on - Collaborating with the Liaison Architect and preparing drawings for submission of various proposals and handling the team and ensuring smooth progress of the construction project with regard to Design development, Finalization of planning, preparation of drawings and execution at site as per drawings issued - Examining the design intent submitted by the consultant and presenting the same to the Management for further approval/way/forward - Interacting directly with the managers, production staff, marketing personnel, and clients to discuss and organize projects from original conceptual design through construction - Presenting design proposals and bids to clients according to prescribed deadlines, and explain relevant details, reports, and expense line items - Providing consultations and spearhead negotiations with potential clients during the project development and bidding phases - Assessing potential projects for feasibility by researching and analyzing associated technology, design requirements, governmental regulations, and market demand
