- Handling Retail stores finance, Variance Analysis, financial planning

- Monitor and Report store wise sales related KPI's

- Providing support to smooth running of daily store operations

- Scheme/Discount Performance Analysis

- Retail Financial Reporting

- Issues and Risk Management

- Supplier and vendor Management

- Monthly MIS and cash Flow Management with store wise profitability analysis

- Quarterly closure of books with inter branch and inter company transactions
