Retail Channel Manager - Consumer Durable

We are looking for Channel Manager - Retail for One of the Consumer Durable Company.

- The position will be responsible for sales and operations of company owned and franchise run stores.

- The position has overall responsibility for increasing sales, sales efficiency and to grow market and market share for a defined geographical zone.

- The incumbent will lead the business development efforts in the zone through branches in alignment with the sales policy of the organization.

- Assess the feasibility of proposals and identify necessary changes.

- Advise planning officials on project feasibility.

- S/he will assess the market size & share, sales potential and create effective channels of distribution to meet short term and long-term goals.

- Undertake analysis of market and competition in order to recommend appropriate marketing initiatives.
