Key Skills : Attending techno commercial meetings, understanding the client requirements, designing the BOQ's /proposal accordingly, designing schematic drawings, coordinating between the dept. , clients & vendors, provide pre-sales support

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE :

1. Coordinating with internal sales teams to understand the client requirements.

2. Presales Support - Need to visit clients place along with sales person to understand about the client requirements & then prepare the design as per client expectation. Need to support Sales team for technical presentation at clients place.

3. Strategic Planning and Preparing BOQ (Bill of Quantity) after receiving the clients' requirements, under the guidance of the concerned manager.

4. Analyzing & reviewing the market response / requirements and communicating the same to the teams for accomplishment of the business goals.

5. Preparing presentation & proposals for new projects based on site visits, study of clients requirement to be acquired for negotiation & finalization of contracts.

6. Customer Relationship Management and Price negotiation.

7. Coordinating with teams to understand customer requirements and promote sale of company products, Coordinate with technical team to explain client requirements, So that the project can be well executed/implemented

8. Support sales for any pre bid, post bid or negotiation meetings.

9. Designing, planning and executing within deadline and maintaining error free work atmosphere

10. Preferred Candidates with Estimation Experience - Definition of appropriate best practice estimation methodologies and standardize across the program. Provide oversight across the program to ensure that Project Managers are adhering to estimation methodologies

11. Updating knowledge on the technical and taxation front

12. Willing to travel.
