Restructuring Role - Leading ARC Firm

We have an urgent requirement in one of the leading ARC for below role:

Formulating & Implementing various strategies to maximise recovery e.g.:

Restructuring / Workouts / Turnaround / Sale of Business;

- Valuation of distressed assets

- Credit Appraisal skills

- Interacting and coordinating with the Company's Legal Counsels/ Advocates for litigation/other legal proceedings;

- Participating in Committees and other forums of relevance as may be required

Qualification:CA/MBA

CTC: As per industry norms
