Who are we? We are Restory HealthyTech, a healthtech company that is quantifying Healthcare by the way of developing a MyHealthScore Metric Current Status is that we have finished developing our MVP and are ready to GTM. I am the solo founder and the organization is bootstrapped. I come with rich experience in the space of Operations/Product Strategy. Our Tech is built inhouse and presently suitable and scalable for our present benchmarks. We are looking for a co-founder role who can help with our GTM and be focussed ruthlessly on execution of the same. Our team size is 10 and we are also looking at fund raise. To summarize we are looking at an entrepreneurial person to join and co-parent this company so that we hit milestones as planned. Core responsibilities are: - Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertisements. - Create, Maintain and followup on B2B engagements - Identifies marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements. - Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities. - Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits. - This is based out of Hyderabad and onsite only - If the co-founder can bring investment along that is appreciated but not mandatory. - We can discuss investment equity/sweat equity and ESOPs Who are you?: - A Multi-faceted contributor - The individual is expected to seamlessly step into any part of the business and get into action. At this stage, we are not looking at strategy but at execution. At core, we want someone who will take ownership and run with the ball along with the Promoter - Designation etc are all negotiable. I am not a big believer in titles as much as the capacity to deliver. - So far, we have received great feedback and review about the product. - Ideally, I would like the co-founder to get into running the organization completely as a CEO while I would want to focus on the product as that is my passion. - Education background doesn't impress us as much as experience and ethics do. Someone with Entrepreneurial experience and most importantly sales experience is our ideal candidate Compensation and benefits: - This is a strictly founder role and while we are not looking for investment, we expect that founders will not draw salaries for 6-12 months. We will definitely discuss and close a CTC term that will be paid either from revenue or once we secure growth funding. However, we can discuss a generous equity package with vesting periods so that as the organization grows the founders get rewarded. While our 1st preference is not for CTC based we can discuss that based on candidates' merit and CTC in lieu of equity We are open to a combination of: - CTC plus Minor Equity linked to performance and longevity - Co-Founder with a significant minority stake and ESOP with revenue-linked compensation - Minimum CTC with Equity plus ESOP - Investment and Co-Founder The flexibility is more for our comfort in getting the right fit and being able to take care of a future leader in the organization.
